Storage and destruction of personal information

Your personal information is retained on cloud servers only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Information may be stored outside Québec. Our agreements with our cloud service providers stipulate that information must be protected to ensure its confidentiality, in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

When your information is destroyed, it is done so securely and irreversibly, in accordance with the retention schedule, which is available on request.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, as permitted or required by law. Requests are generally free of charge, but may be subject to a reasonable fee.
